Delete your Service Ninja account

Service Ninja is operated by DataN8 Limited. You can delete your account at any time.

Delete from the app

Open the Service Ninja app, go to Menu, then Delete account, and follow the prompts. Or sign in at https://app.serviceninja.co.nz and use Settings, then Delete account.

Request deletion by email

Email Admin@ServiceNinja.co.nz from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.

What we delete

We delete your login, name, email address, phone number, profile photo, device and notification identifiers, and your personal timesheet and leave records.

What we keep and why

Business records your organisation needs for legal and tax reasons (for example invoices, quotes and job records) are kept by the organisation, with your name removed or anonymised where possible. Backups are purged within 90 days.

If you own an organisation

If you are the only owner of an organisation with other members, transfer ownership first or contact us. If you are the only member, you can ask us to delete the organisation and all its data as well.
